I was looking to buy a vise for my workbench but when I saw this tool I thought it would be a little bit more versatile than a regular vise. Was I wrong, it is a lot more versatile than a regular vise! Since buying the standard bench I have bought the two extra jaws and the tool tray. This tool is well built works very smoothly and is easily folded up and taken anywhere. I have used the log holding jaws the hard rubber jaws and the engineers jaws and am very pleased with all. I've had the Triton for about 8 months. I use it for wood sculpture and all sorts of other work that would be awkward any other way. It's a gem! I keep it outside under a tarp, usually, but it's been rained on, with lots of dust exposure, and hasn't skipped a beat. Would a mechanic give up his Vice Grips? No way! Likewise, I wouldn't give this thing up for anything, except maybe the new Rockwell version that's a little heavier. Maybe.

This is a piece of crap not comparable to my old trimmer. Too many parts, no decent storage, incnvenient o change heads.

I cannot attest to the qualities of the product, having not had the opportunity to actually use a functioning version.

The trimmer arrived to me in a not working form (motor doesn't run when it's held upside down, as in when the on/off switch is facing the ground). If this feature is intentional, they I'd urge any consumer to not buy this if they use a trimmer in both the upward and downward directions (rather common for neck or side-burn touch ups).

After reading all the glowing reviews I decided to give this one a try. I actually didn't have to charge it alot since it held it's charge for a long time. Over the last two months I noticed I was charging it more since it wouldn't even turn on. Today after a full charge it died until I plugged it in. I always trusted Wahl and spent a little more on this one compared to others I found that got the same reviews. I cannot return it so now I have to use it plugged in only or purchase another one. <......

I bought this product because I trusted the brand name Wahl. However, I was really disappointed with what I got. At times, it would completely fail to even turn on! I admit, when it did turn on, it worked well. I guess I will go buy the Remington Titanium, since I already know a few people who own it and it works very well. The Remington is less than $20 too.

I had been a Palm user for a long time and found I had to switch to something else when I upgraded to a Windows Vista system. I'll be honest; the first iPAQ111 I had was a horrible. I purchased my HP iPAC 111 two months ago from Amazon.com. I'm from the old school and prefer a printed User's Guide. I located the User's Guide (114 pages approximately) on the product CD and printed it. I almost had a catasterstroke when I observed that the Guide pages were not numbered which makes the Table of Contents and Index useless. I spent a couple of days numbering all pages then applied these page numbers to the Table of Contents and the Index pages. Now I have a usable User's Guide. ......

My wife and I just bought a home and I'm renovating the entire thing. Although I have many tools to get the job done, I saw the infomercial for the Fein Multimaster and was intrigued. The Fein was cost prohibitive, so I sterted looking for options and ran across the Rockwell. I've only had the oportunity to use it twice (once for cutting, once for sanding) and wasn't impressed. I cut a piece of base moulding to make room for a cabinet and the blade dulled about a half inch into it. Sanding prove......

I've used this tool for three things (so far):

1) Plunge cutting drywall. Works great with a semi-circular general purpose blade. Cuts a pretty clean straight line, and is not at all hard to eyeball a straight and level cut either. Does not cut like a hot knife through butter, you need patience. It cuts smoothly.

2) Plunge cutting wood. I need to cut a notch out of a piece of fence located in an awkward area next to the wall of my house. I was able to lean in with this tool......

I am pleased that I purchased the Rockwell Sonicrafter instead of the more expensive brands. It performs well. The only complaint I have is that the blades wear out too quickly.

A great tool to have in the tool box!!! Allows me to get into places with a saw that no other tool did. Used it right out of the box and saved me from the pain of trying to cut out molding by hand. Will know it is there for the tight workspaces.
